Welcome to Ocean Mountain Yoga

Home of sacred gathering, community, ceremony, yoga and meditation.

You can find us in the heart of downtown Campbell River BC.

Our collective of experienced teachers hold powerful space and teach from their hearts. You can find a variety of classes such as hatha, vinyasa flow, prenatal, mom and baby, kundalini, nada, restorative, yin, nidra, meditation.
Beyond our yoga and meditation schedule you can join us for community gatherings, moon circles, sound baths, solstice celebrations, women’s circles, workshops and events!

As a community we do our best to offer an accessible healing space.

We ask you to please honour the following:

Please try to arrive at least 10mins before class start. This allows you space to settle into the room, set up your mat and grab any props you may need.

Turn your phone on silent and leave outside of the yoga room.

We start and finish every class on time. The front door will be locked one minute prior to class starting. Students are not permitted to leave early as this affects the room energetically.

Silence in the yoga room. Our lobby is built for visiting, sipping tea and sharing laughs & wisdom. Our yoga room is a sacred, silent, safe space for people to unwind.

Feel free to bring your own mat, water bottle or any personal props. We also have props & mats that are free for you to use.

It is so important to us that you feel supported and welcome. If you have any questions at all please reach out. It is an honour to share space with you and journey along your side.

Namaste

(The gesture “Namaste” represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. This gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you. Therefore, namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.”)
