Morning Mysore – A Traditional Ashtanga Yoga Program

It’s my greatest passion to be able to introduce this transformational method of practice to the yoga community in Campbell River.

I’m so thrilled to announce I will be offering it 6 days a week at Ocean Mountain Yoga!

What’s Mysore Style?
Mysore style is the traditional method of practice in Ashtanga Yoga. Students are taught the Primary Series one-on-one in a group setting with postures adjusted to suit each individual. Its like a semi-private lesson!

Perfect for beginner and experienced yogis alike. Students practice at their own pace and follow their own breath.

Monday to Friday 6:15-7:45am
Saturday 8-9:30am

*No class on days of the full & new moon.

Note: Friday is Led Primary and starts at 6:15am sharp! The rest are “mysore style” and work on a rolling start – which means, you can start at say, 6:40am if you want, as long as you finish by 7:45 😊
