Tamara is trained in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga + Womb Yoga. She combines the powerful tools and teachings of these lineages and her own experience as a mother and yogini to offer something truly unique. She is passionate about teaching classes that emphasize meditation, mindful movement and connection with your mind, body and soul as it is. To her, the power of yoga lies in having the courage and willingness to welcome all that arises. Her classes and womxn’s circles have a depth and authenticity to them that reflect the depth of her own practice, beliefs and experiences. Her hope is that you will leave her class with a feeling of having come home to yourself.
