I’ve been a student of yoga since I was a young girl. There’s something about collective energy, vibrating together, yet independent of each-other that gets me every time. The idea that we gather, breathe, move and feel in unison is both invigorating and inspiring.
My practice style is a split between slow Yin, focusing on the deeper structures of the body and a faster paced flow, focusing on creating heat within the muscles, distributing breath through the body and strengthening the core and extremities. I take a lot of my knowledge as an RMT and apply it to yogic principals, creating a unique blend of poses to help my students experience freedom of range of motion, strength and relaxation.
