I have been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and had the luxury of experiencing many styles of yoga throughout that time. The benefits have been life changing for me- for both my physical and mental health.
I began teaching in 2013 and have enjoyed incorporating all of my learning while curating classes for the community. I place great emphasis on alignment to ensure safety and strive to create classes accessible for all.
When I’m not on my mat, I’m working as an occupational therapist or out exploring this beautiful island. I love to paddleboard and hike, always up for a new adventure.
