My passion is to help people feel better. Finding myself consistently drawing from Yoga poses to help my Personal Training clients feel better, I decided I should pursue some Yoga trainings to better educate myself, so that I may adequatly educate others. I learned about YogaFit Training Systems from CanFit Pro (my Personal Training Certification body) and was drawn to their philosophy “to find the pose to fit your body, instead of forcing your body to fit a pose.” I have now logged in over 1000 training hours ranging from Level 1, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, and many others, but the one that impacted me the most was the Yoga for Trauma track. (Better known as the Warriors Training). I don’t know how I would have managed the last few years without those trainings! Having suffered PTSD in my own life situations, I can personally attest to the benefits of Yoga!
