Breanne first started practicing yoga in her early teens as a way to strengthen the small muscle groups that are often not used in high impact sports. She felt an immediate draw to the spiritual and energetic practices of yoga that were not offered in any other classes.

Breanne draws from her dance and fitness background, anatomy classes, and experience working with bodies in healthcare and retail settings.  She recently completed her 200 hour YTT at Mocean Yoga in Royston, BC, where the vinyasa-focused training was based on smart sequencing and a holistic approach to yoga.

Since then, Breanne has felt the desire to share her knowledge of Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga with her community.  She hopes to bring a sense of spiritual, mental and physical fulfillment to the class through breathwork, yoga asana (poses), and meditation.
