Amber

 

When Amber started practicing yoga, she didn't realize was that it would be life changing.

She was looking to become stronger on the outside but she found she grew stronger on the inside as well. Yoga taught her to stay balanced and keep breathing and with time and effort you would be able to do things you once thought impossible. Her mat became a spiritual place where she can strengthen her mind, body and soul.

Finally after years of practice, she found her passion in life was to share this experience with others and in May of 2014, she completed her RYS 200hr YTT with Kim McMullen through Alberta Hot Yoga Teacher Training. Amber is now back in her home town and ready to share in other's journey by teaching at Ocean Mountain Yoga.
